- NOTICE OF GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT PROCESS Notice is hereby given that the City of Bluffdale has begun the process to amend its comprehensive General Plan to update its integrated water conservation element. Notice of all future public hearings will be provided as required by Bluffdale City Code Section 11.30.060 and applicable State Code. City of Bluffdale, Applicant. Daniel Tracer, staff contact. If you have questions or comments regarding this process please provide them as follows: 1. Email your comments to dtracer@bluffdale.com and include 'Water Element' or 'General Plan Amendment' in the subject line of the email. 2. Mailed written comments will also be accepted.
