- San Juan Spanish Valley Special Service District is soliciting a 'Request For Proposals' from interested parties for Operations and General Managerial Services for the water and sewer service district. Interested parties must provide a business plan which will include a business location, hours of operation and qualifications to ensure that all criteria from the list of 'Duties' may be effectively achieved. Contracts will be good for 3 years, Starting January 1, 2027. Incomplete Bids will be rejected. The list of 'Duties' can be requested by sending an email to spanishvalleywater@gmail.com or calling (435)459-4121 to arrange the mechanism of delivery. Interested Parties must submit a sealed written proposal to the board received no later than October 31, 2026, for review and potential acceptance at the November 11, 2026 Board meeting. Proposals must be sealed and may be submitted in person at: San Juan Spanish Valley SSD 4951 S Hwy 191 Moab UT 84532 PLEASE CALL FOR DIRECTIONS
