- Notice of Intent to Dispose of Public Property American Fork City owns approximately 0.338 acres of property at 163 South 300 West (parcel 66:223:0001). The City Council has determined that this is a significant municipal property and that selling it is in the City's best interest. The City Council is therefore giving public notice of its intent to sell the property.
