Notice of Intent to Dispose of Public Property
American Fork City owns approximately 1.5408 acres of property at 687 South Automall Drive (parcel 34:778:0001). The City Council has determined that this is a significant municipal property and that selling it is in the City's best interest. The City Council is therefore giving public notice of its intent to sell the property. Sealed offers may be submitted by November 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to: American Fork City, Attn: City Recorder, 51 East Main Street, American Fork, UT 84003. A 10% bid bond is required.
