Civic Center Multipurpose Room 110 South Main Street Springville, Utah 84663 The agenda will be as follows: Introductions: - Approval of Agenda - Invocation: Pastor Luke Short, Hope Church Action Items and Strategic Discussion - General Plan revision discussion-Nik Davis, Houseal Lavigne, Trisha Parker, Houseal Lavigne, Assignments and Next Steps - General Plan review assignments - Future agenda items (10 minutes) Public Comment: Adjournment by Consensus THIS AGENDA SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH A MINIMUM OF 24-HOURS NOTICE This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on October 14, 2026.
