Discussion and Consideration: Minutes from September 15, 2026 regular meeting and work session.
Discussion: Review: Williams/ MountainWest Pipeline is designing a project that will include installing new compressors inside of an approximately 230-foot by 75-foot metal building inside the existing fenced facility owned by MountainWest Pipeline. There will be a couple of other small buildings and multiple equipment foundations as well as pipe supports installed inside the facility. Outside of the fenced facility, we will be drilling 8 new wells on 3 new pads into our gas storage boundary (green outline in the attached aerials). Each of those pads will include a metal dehy building on a skid as well as above and below ground piping with pipe supports. Underground lateral pipelines will connect the wells to the compressor station.
Discussion and Consideration: Plat amendment from Brett Hawks. Application is to combine parcel numbers 01-0095-0024 and 01-0096-0025 in Flaming Gorge Lake Meadows Subdivision.

Discussion and Consideration: Short Term Conditional Use Permit renewal application from Kirk and Mariah Simmonds. Property located at 940 Parsons Pt, Manila Utah 84046
Discussion and Consideration: Update Resolution 04-04 Flood Plain Management. Review draft of Floodplain development permit and application, and Flood Damage Prevention code.
Discussion and Consideration: Drainage and Utility easement on the West side of Harpers Landing Subdivision. Letters sent to all utility companies in regards to changing the easement from 25 feet to 10 feet.
Discussion: Wildland Urban Interface Code.
