- Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Daryl Black 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from September 15, 2026. 2. Discussion and possible vote on receiving the Certification of Annexation Petition from the City Recorder for the annexation request by White Pine Engineering for Parcel Numbers 09-051-0014 and a portion of 09-065-0002. The parcels are located approximately north and east of approximately 400 West 150 North. The parcels total approximately 13.43 acres. The Public Hearing on the annexation request will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2026 no sooner than 6:35 P.M. 3. Discussion on city building rentals and rental fees. 4. Discussion and possible vote on amending the Final Plat for Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the Lee's Richmond Subdivision located at approximately 185 North 200 West. Zoned HC (Highway Commercial). 5. Staff reports and monthly financial review. 6. Council Member and Mayor Reports 7. Closed Meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. Utah Code Annotated 52-4-205 (1) (a). Adjourn
