WOODLAND HILLS CITY- NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE OF A SIGNIFICANT PARCEL OF CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT Pursuant to Utah Code §10-8-2(4)(b), Woodland Hills City gives notice of the proposed sale of City-owned real property located in the Bear Hollow area. The Woodland Hills City Council will receive public comments on the proposed sale on October 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah 84653. Property and Proposed Sale Terms - Property location: approximately 1035 Bear Hollow Drive - Utah County parcel number: 53:367:0152 - Approximate acreage: .21 - Proposed purchaser: Panthera Development LLC - Proposed purchase price: $20,000 - Proposed closing time frame: Within 30 days of acceptance of the offer by the Woodland Hills City Council Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the proposed sale. Written comments may also be submitted to recorder@woodlandhills-ut.gov or delivered to the City Recorder at the City Center before 3:00 p.m. the day of the public comment opportunity. Additional information concerning the property and proposed sale is available for review at the City Recorder's Office. For questions, please call 801-423-3900. Following the opportunity for public comment, the City Council may consider approval of the proposed sale. The sale remains subject to final City approval and completion of applicable legal requirements.
