1. A request by Soldier Creek Estates Home Owners Association for an amendment to Plat A of the Soldier
Creek Estates Subdivision. The request is to vacate the common area shown on the recorded plat between
Lots 5 and 6 incorporate the common area into the adjacent lots. The request is located in Section 32,
Township 3 South, Range10 West in the P- 160 zone- Continued from a March8, 2012 meeting.
2. Mike Johnston, representative for Christopher and Robert Tibi, is requesting a plat amendment to combine
Lots 1208 and 1209 in the Timber Lakes Subdivision. The request is located at 1208 and 1209 Cottonwood
Court in Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 6 East in the M (Mountain Zone).
3. Mark Funk, representative for Creek Hill LLC., is requesting to vacate Sage Creek Fames lots 7and 8
Amended which was recorded in December 31, 2009 and revert back to the plat recorded July 16, 1996.
If the request is granted lot 8 would go from 6 acres to 3.41 acres and lot 7 would go from 2.42 acres to
5 acres. The request is located at 1051 and 119 Sage Creek Court in the Sage Creek Farms Subdivision
Located in Section 3, Township 3 South Range 5 East.
4. A Public hearing is to consider vacating a public road that is referred to as the “Little Deer Creek
Road”. The Little Deer Creek Road follows the creek South of Cascade Springs to Provo Canyon
West of the Deer Creek dam. The proposal is to vacate an approximately 1.5 mile section of the road
runs through private property. The proposal is located in Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 3 East,
in the P-160 zone. Continued from March 8, 2012.
5. A public hearing to consider a change to the Wasatch County land use Code section 16.05.03 which
is the conditional use section for the P-160 (Preservation 160-acres) zone. The proposal is to add a
new category to be listed as a conditional use. The new conditional use category, if approved, would
allow for canopy tours and zip lines as a conditional use.
