Item No. 1 Blackstone Ballard Spring Crossing Floodplain Application: ALUA will review, discuss and may take action on a floodplain application for the Blackstone Ballard Spring Crossing.
Item No. 2 AmSource Flex Building: ALUA will discuss and may take action regarding access to the Amsource Flex Building per applicants revised information. This item was continued from the last meeting to allow parties to gather more information regarding the potential plan for the parcel.
