PUBLIC NOTICE FOR SALINA CITY PUBLIC HEARING IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Salina City Council will hold a public hearing on October 28, 2026, at 6:50 p.m. at Salina City Hall located at 370 West Main, Salina, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to accept comments regarding an increase to the following funds, general fund $3,471,500.00. water fund $810,700.00, sewer fund $377,300.00. In a Total amount of $4,659,500.00. The increase allows for infrastructure and utility costs associated with the Village at South Bridge Phase 1, AIB loan. A copy of the off-site costs is available for public inspection at the Salina City Hall.
