Notice is hereby given that on 10-07-2026 MEGAN PEREZ filed with the registrar of this court an
application for informal probate of the decedent's will dated February 14, 2003 as personal to act
with bond.
A copy of the application is attached.
After the elapse of ten days from the date of this notice, if the application is found to be complete and
in compliance with the Utah Uniform Probate Code, it will be granted.
Failure to object to the application will not affect the right of an interested person to petition the court
to set aside the informal probate or appointment.
Reviewed by the registrar for approval on October 23, 2026.
