- MORGAN COUNTY, UTAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Code Text Amendment-Repeal of Section 155.464 Notice is hereby given that the Morgan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. MDT, in the Commission Chambers, 48 W Young Street, Morgan, UT 84050, to receive public comment on a proposed amendment to Chapter 155, Land Use, of the Morgan County Code. The proposed amendment would repeal Section 155.464, 'Amending the Conceptual Development Plan,' in its entirety. This section establishes procedures for amendments to Planned Community (P-C) zone overlays, associated development agreements, and existing Planned Residential Unit Development (PRUD) subdivisions, including requirements for amendments treated as rezones and standards for administrative approval of minor amendments. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments. Written comments must be submitted to Kate Becker, County Administrative Manager and Zoning Administrator, by email at kbecker@morgancountyutah.gov, no later than 6:30 p.m. MDT on October 21, 2026, which is 24 hours before the meeting. Submission of written comment does not invalidate your right as a Citizen to make public comment.
