- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MORGAN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION Proposed Amendments to Planning Commission Bylaws and Rules of Procedure Notice is hereby given that the Morgan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. MDT, in the Commission Chambers, 48 W Young Street, Morgan, UT 84050, to receive public comment on proposed amendments to the Morgan County Planning Commission Bylaws and Rules of Procedure. The proposed amendments address Commission roles and responsibilities; ethics, conflicts of interest, disclosure, and recusal; membership and officers; attendance and training; quorum, voting, and electronic participation; meeting and public hearing procedures; public participation and meeting conduct; motions and parliamentary procedures; and the process for amending the bylaws. Amendments are subject to approval by the Morgan County Commission. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments. Written comments must be submitted to Kate Becker, County Administrative Manager and Zoning Administrator, by email at kbecker@morgancountyutah.gov, no later than 6:30 p.m. MDT on October 21, 2026, which is 24 hours before the meeting. Submission of written comment does not invalidate your right as a Citizen to make public comment.
