Ordinance 26-22 - An ordinance amending Title 17 Zoning of the Hyrum City Municipal Code, Amending Section 17.38.005, Purpose to clarify the zone district, and amend Section 17.38.020 Area Regulations change the minimum lot area for a single-family residence from 12,000 square feet to 43,560 square feet.
