- BEAR LAKE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT 147 W LOGAN ROAD GARDEN CITY, UT 84028 REGULAR SESSION AGENDA The Bear Lake Special Service District will hold their regular monthly meeting on THURSDAY October 15th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the District Offices, 147 W Logan Road, Garden City, Utah. 1. ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. SUNRISE ENGINEERING 4. SUNRISE ENGINEERING TABLE 1 5. 5, 10 & 20 YEAR SEWER COSTS FOR UPDATING SYSTEM 6. OTHER BUSINESS 7. APPROVAL OF BILLS AND PAYROLL 8. (6:00 pm) Public hearing to receive public comment regarding proposed adjustments to District sewer rates and fees and proposed provisions concerning access to District sewer manholes and related facilities. 9. Discussion and possible approval of proposed adjustments to District sewer rates and fees 10. Discussion and possible approval of regulations concerning access to District sewer manholes and related facilities 11. Public hearing on (1) the Wastewater Impact Fee Facilities Plan; (2) the Wastewater Impact Fee Analysis; and (3) a resolution enacting wastewater impact fees 12. Discussion and possible approval of Impact Fee Enactment Resolution 13. Adjourn
