- NOTICE & AGENDA Notice is hereby given that East Carbon Planning & Zoning will hold a regular meeting Tuesday October 13th, 2026, at East Carbon City Hall. 101 West Geneva at 6:00 P.M. The Agenda to be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes 3. Petitions, Remonstrances & Communications: 1. Jason Decker addition approval 2. Brandon on land behind the Huff Mall to set for survey and land sale 3. Sandi Wardy for sale of land owned by East Carbon across from the Park. 4. Ratify vote of support for RV park 4.
