PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Deseret Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2 (the 'Districts'), will hold a meeting of the Boards on the 13th day of October, 2026, commencing at 3:30 p.m., at 183 E. Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Consider approval of payment of the WBI city inspection fee.
III. LEGAL MATTERS
IV. OTHER BUSINESS
A. Schedule special Board meeting.
V. ADJOURNMENT
The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
