Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the proposed annexation of Parcel No. 00-0027-0599, Lot 2, Lone Pine Ranch Estates Subdivision, into the District. CONSENT AGENDA: A. Approval of Minutes from September 17, 2026 Regular Meeting of the Board (enclosure). FINANCIAL MATTERS: A. Review and consider acceptance of the unaudited September 30, 2026, Financial Statements (enclosure). B. Review and consider acceptance of the unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2026 (enclosure). C. Review and discuss the draft proposed budget for 2027 (enclosure).
