- WORKSHOP MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA October 14, 2026 The North Logan City Council will hold a workshop meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 5:30 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll Call, Welcome, Adoption of agenda Workshop Agenda 2. Discussion regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) and Master Development Plan (Ashbourne Development) of a 9.90 acre parcel located on the northeast corner of 2200 N and 400 E (Parcel ID: 04-061-0037) from the Residential (R-1-12) zone to the Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) zone (East Side Transition). * Discuss conditions raised by the Planning Commission in their recommendation. * Discuss any proposed changes to the Ashbourne Development Concept Plan after the September 16, 2026 City Council Meeting. * Additional concerns from the City Council.
