Notice is given that the City of North Salt Lake Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on the above noted date and time at City Hall, 10 East Center Street, North Salt Lake, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate electronically.
The following items of business will be discussed; the order of business may be changed as time permits:

3. Consideration of a conditional use permit for a specialty fence at 702 South Tanglewood Loop, Brigham Ricks, The Fox Group, applicant (Administrative)

Public Hearing: Consideration of a General Development Plan for Walker Ridge Townhomes PUD at 3533 South Highway 89 and the rezone request for 3533 South Highway 89 (Highway Commercial, CH) and Gold Mine Acres Condominiums at approximately 3513 South Highway 89 (Residential, RM-7) to Planned District (P), Justin Hansen, applicant (Legislative)
5. Public Hearing: Consideration of an amendment to the City's Moderate Income Housing Plan, adopting additional moderate income housing strategies (Legislative)
6. Public Hearing: Consideration of an amendment to code section 13-6-1: Planned Unit Developments, to allow PUDs which preserve existing moderate income housing stock with reduced lot standards, Clay Smith, applicant (Legislative)
7. Report on City Council actions on items recommended by the Planning Commission
