PAYSON CITY LEGAL NOTICE Summary of Ordinance(s) The Payson City Council passed the following ordinance(s) on October 7, 2026. A full and complete copy of the ordinance(s) are available at the office of the Payson City Recorder, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and at 801-465-5205. ORDINANCE NO. 10-07-2026-A: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2026 PAYSON CITY PUBLIC SAFETY IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL PUBLIC SAFETY IMPACT FEES BASED UPON THE 2026 MUNICIPAL PUBLIC SAFETY IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND ESTABLISHED LEVEL OF SERVICE FOR PAYSON CITY MUNICIPAL PUBLIC SAFETY SYSTEMS PURSUANT TO §11-36A ET SEQ. UTAH CODE ANNOTATED, 1953, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS 'THE IMPACT FEE ACT' AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ORDINANCE NO. 10-07-2026-B: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2026 PAYSON CITY MUNICIPAL PARKS AND RECREATION IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL PARKS AND RECREATION IMPACT FEES BASED UPON THE 2026 MUNICIPAL PARKS AND RECREATION IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND ESTABLISHED LEVEL OF SERVICE FOR PAYSON CITY MUNICIPAL PARKS AND RECREATION SYSTEMS PURSUANT TO §11-36A ET SEQ. UTAH CODE ANNOTATED, 1953, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS 'THE IMPACT FEE ACT' AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ORDINANCE NO. 10-07-2026-C: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PAYSON CITY ZONING MAP TO REZONE PROPERTY WITHIN PAYSON CITY TO THE R-1-7.5 RESIDENTIAL ZONE AND APPLY THE RMO-1 TWO-FAMILY OVERLAY.
