- Heber City Notice of Emergency Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council met in an emergency session on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose for the emergency meeting was for the Heber City Council to hold a Closed Meeting for discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.
