- SPRING CITY CONDENSED SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE 2026-08 On August 6, 2026, in a City Council meeting, Ordinance 2026-08 was adopted. This ordinance adopts the Spring City Transportation Master Plan (2026) as an element of the Spring City General Plan. The Transportation Master Plan serves as the City's long-range guide for transportation planning and capital improvements, including roadway connectivity and improvements, transportation safety, future transportation corridors, right-of-way preservation, and coordination of transportation and land use planning. The Plan will also assist the City in coordinating with Sanpete County, the Utah Department of Transportation, neighboring municipalities, and other applicable agencies. A copy of the ordinance and the Transportation Master Plan can be viewed in the city office at 45 S 100 E, Spring City, Utah 84662 during normal business hours, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday. The ordinance may be viewed on the city website at springcityutah.gov and the Utah Public Notice website at utah.gov/pmn/.
