Welcome and Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes - September 8, 2026, Meeting Minutes 3. Financial Report - Approval of Outstanding Bills - Report on the 2025 Audit (auditors will appear electronically) 4. Project Updates - Possible Discussion and action regarding standards and criteria for project ranking - Current projects o Don Johnson from the North Creek Irrigation Company - New applications received o Fayette Irrigation Company - Canal Study o Manti Irrigation and Reservoir Company - Palisade Dam Reconstruction & Seepage Mitigation - Status of the District's change application - Monitoring of change applications filed in county 5. Outreach and Education - WET days Discussion 6. Narrows 7. Other Business / Public Comment - Public comment limited to two (2) minutes per speaker. (No action will be taken on matters raised during public comment unless properly noticed on a future agenda.) - Garret Stilson SUU Student letter 8.
