- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, will hold a Work Session meeting in person at the Commission Office, Conference Room #365, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ste. 360, Ogden, UT from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026 THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING. NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discussion and/or action for approval of minutes for the Commission Work Session held on October 5, 2026 2. Discussion regarding Data - General vs Contract 3. Discussion regarding Amendments to Contract Approval Process 4. Discussion regarding Plan for the Transfer of Sewer in the Valley 5. Discussion regarding Lilac Estates Storage Unit Roadway Impact Fees 6. Discussion regarding Jail Generator 7. Discussion regarding Weber County Facilities Rental Policy 8. Discussion regarding State Housing Infrastructure Partnership 9.
