UTOPIA Fiber Update - Jason Roberts Public Comment (Per Utah Code, Council will receive input only; no decision can be made) Brigham City public comment is reserved for those who live in Brigham, pay taxes or own property in Brigham or can vote in Brigham City. Each individual is limited to three minutes. Total input period is limited to 15 minutes. Council Member Comments City Administrator Repo1.t Action Items 1. Consideration of Approval of Heron Ridge Townhome Subdivision Preliminary Plat located at Approximately 650 South 1200 West - Zane Billings Closed Session Consideration to enter a closed session to discuss: purchase/exchange/lease of real property; pending litigation; cyber security; or character/professional competence or physical/mental health of an individual. Assigned times may vary depending on discussion length or agenda alteration.
