Description/Agenda: A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful City Council on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a proposed text change that would no longer require self-closing or self-latching gates on fences that surround pools with an ASTM F1346 safety cover. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting. Please visit the city website at wbcityut.gov for more information.
