RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): a. 'Burger King Remodel,' PLZ-26-8029, an application to amend an existing commercial site plan located at 3813 West 13400 South. Applicant - Brian Russell b. 'Snuggle Bug Daycare,' PLZ-26-2050, an application for a Conditional Use for a Home Occupation for an in-home daycare to be located at 3568 West New Private Drive. Applicant - Kylie Kennedy c. 'Fencing Ordinance Amendment,' PLZ-26-5010, Riverton City is proposing changes to Riverton City Code, Title 18 Land Use and Development regarding fencing. d. 'Master Transportation Plan,' PLZ-26-5009, Riverton City is proposing changes to the Transportation Plan Element of the City's General Plan. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
