Authorize execution of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Davis County re: Costco sales tax distributions. b. Proposed Resolution R26-37 authorizing the execution of the Intercounty Automatic Aid Fire Agreement. c. Proposed Resolution R26-38 amending the City Policy to allow for consideration of financial hardship relative to ambulance billing. d. Proposed Resolution R26-39, amending the Syracuse City Wage Scale for Fiscal Year (FY) ending June 30, 2027. e. Proposed Ordinance 2026-25, amending Syracuse Municipal Code (SMC) Section 11.20.075 regarding Park and Ride Lots. f. Declaration of surplus property: Fire Department 2011 Kenworth Fire Tender. 7. Public hearing: Surplus property declaration and Proposed Resolution R26-43 authorizing the sale of 1.526 acres of real property located at approximately 1862 W. 1700 S. to the Syracuse City Redevelopment Agency (RDA). (5 min.) 8. Public hearing: Proposed Resolution R26-40, amending the Syracuse City budget for the Fiscal Year (FY) ending June 20, 2027. (10 min.) 9. Review and consideration of potential acquisition of Davis School District (DSD) surplus property. (10 min.) 11.
