Public hearing: Proposed Resolution RDA26-04 authorizing the sale of 1.526 acres of real property located at approximately 1862 W. 1700 S. to CT Eatz Holdings, LLC. (5 min.) 4. Proposed Resolution RDA26-05 authorizing a property tax rebate for a restaurant to be constructed at approximately 1862 W. 1700 S. (10 min.). 5.
