KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: The applicant Chadd Watson, is a requesting a zone change for a property located at 472 North Main Street (parcel #11-791-0101) from R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential) to GC (General Commercial) with a MU (Mixed-Use) Overlay. The purpose of the rezone is to permit the use of the ground floor of the existing home as an insurance office and to maintain the upper levels of the home as a residence. Comments on this application may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through submitting comments through an online form at: https://www.kaysville.gov/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
