NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Uintah City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The hearings will take place during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting, which begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Uintah City Hall Council Chambers, located at 2191 E. 6550 S., Uintah, Utah. The Planning Commission will receive public input and discuss the following items: 1. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs): Discussion regarding proposed amendments, regulations, or updates to City code governing secondary residential units. 2. Conex Shipping Containers: Discussion regarding the placement, permitting, and regulatory standards for shipping containers within city limits. The public hearings will commence at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits. Public Participation: All interested residents and property owners are invited to attend and express their views. Written comments may also be submitted to City Hall prior to the meeting.
