No final action will be taken during the work session. REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING - 7:00 PM 1. Call to Order 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes - August 18, 2026 PUBLIC HEARING 4. Morgan City Downtown Code - Text Amendment Public hearing & discussion of the proposed amendments to the Morgan City Downtown Code. DISCUSSION ITEM 5. Watt Machinery - Conditional Use Discussion Review and discussion of agricultural uses by potential applicant. COMMISSION & STAFF BUSINESS 6. Planning Commission / Staff Updates Discussion of planning matters, upcoming meetings, and administrative items. No final action will be taken on matters not properly noticed on the agenda. ADJOURNMENT MEETING NOTICE - The Planning Commission may rearrange the order of any agenda item at its discretion. - In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations, including auxiliary communication aids or services, should contact Morgan City at (801) 829-3461 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. - This meeting may involve electronic participation by members of the Planning Commission in accordance with applicable Utah law and Morgan City policy.
