- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COUNTY COUNCIL - SPECIAL EXCEPTION 5710 W. BROWNS CANYON ROAD Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly act regarding a Special Exception to Section 11.6.8.G, Ordinance 181-D, Appendix B. The Applicant is requesting the use of an existing driveway with slopes over 12%. The hearing has been scheduled for: Wednesday, October 21, 2026 Beginning at 6:00 PM Summit County Courthouse, Council Chambers 60 N.
