Cleveland Town Council Meeting October 8, 2026 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Approve September Meeting Minutes Public Comment: This section is Limited to 10 minutes Total. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. Each person is limited to 3 minutes! *PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. *PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Interview/Discuss/Approve Jenise Galloway a business license for J & J Galloway Farms business. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny Owen Olsen would like to know the Town's goals for O'Ville and fire engine Jasper. 3. Discuss/Accept/Deny Heather Holt asking what the policy is for refunds for sewer or water. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny Christmas party and tree lighting food and activities. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny non-compliant ordinances. 6. Approve bills and city financials for payment. 7. Council Reports. 8. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on November 12, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
