- NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE JORDAN VALLEY CONSERVATION GARDENS FOUNDATION The Board of Directors of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District will hold its Conservation Gardens Foundation (Foundation) will hold a meeting on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be primarily remote, with most participants joining electronically, though an anchor location at the District Administration Building at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah, is available for Trustees and members of the public who desire to attend this meeting in person. Agenda 1. Consider approval of the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting held on October 6, 2025 2. Election of Foundation officers for the coming year 3. Review Foundation financial statement 4. Report on last twelve months of Foundation grants, expenditures, and fundraising activities 5. Garden rename and branding project 6. Adjourn
