- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of October 6, 2026, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: 26-43 (10-06-26) Repealing the previous Annexation Policy Plan and Map, Adopting a Revised Annexation Policy Plan and Map, and Establishing an Effective Date. 26-44 (10-06-26) Adopting an Amended Storm Drainage Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Amended Storm Drainage Impact Fee Analysis, and Amended Storm Drainage Facilities Impact Fee. 26-45 (10-06-26) Adopting an Amendment to the Land Use Map of the General Plan, and Adopting an Amendment to the Official Zoning Map of certain real property in the City. 26-46 (10-06-26) Adopting an Amendment to the Land Use Map of the General Plan, Adopting an Amendment to the Official Zoning Map, and Approving a Development Agreement specifying the terms of the development of certain real property in the City. 26-47 (10-06-26) Adopting an Amendment to title 19 of the Saratoga Springs City Code, and Establishing an effective date. 26-49 (10-06-26) Vacating a Sewer Easement, a portion of Public Road, Storm Drain Easements, and a Modification to the Alignment of a Public Utility Easement. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during business hours.
