Tremonton City Planning Commission 5:30 PM Tuesday, October 13, 2026 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton City, Utah 1. Approval of Agenda 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Approval of Minutes for August 11, 2026 & September 8, 2026 4. Public Meeting and Public Hearings Old Grist Mill Rezone: Request to amend the existing split-zone designation on two (2) parcels currently zoned Mixed Use (MU) and Residential (R1-10) to MU completely. The properties are identified by parcel numbers 05-042-0194 and 05-042-0222 and are located at approximately 935 East Main Street in Tremonton City. a. Staff Presentation and Commission Discussion b.
