NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 26-08 AND RESOLUTION 26-28
South Ogden City hereby gives notice that on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, the South Ogden City Council passed Ordinance 26- 08 and Resolution 26-28. This ordinance adopts amending the city code regarding vacancies in office; making certain and necessary language changes to the city code to effect those changes. This resolution declares a vacancy of a member of the South Ogden City Council and identifies the fair and transparent method that the city council will use to fill that vacancy. This ordinance and resolution will be applicable to all residents in South Ogden City.
