- Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Plain City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th day of October, 2026, in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North and via Zoom which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to review and discuss possible changes to the storm drain monthly user fee. All interested residents may attend in person or via Zoom.
