Board member questions/comments 9. Public comments (3 minutes) 10. Approval and payment of bills 11. Adjourn Public comments during meeting - Time will be provided for members of the public to address the Board regarding matters pertaining to the District. - Public comments and questions will be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker. - Individuals wishing to address the Board must sign in with the Secretary Clerk at the beginning of the meeting and provide their name and city of residence.
