- NOTICE OF 2026 GENERAL ELECTION Voting Times - Dates - Locations Tuesday, November 3, 2026 Ballots will be mailed beginning October 13, 2026. Ballots must be received by 8 PM on November 3. Mail early or use a ballot drop box. Postmarks do not meet the deadline. 24-HOUR BALLOT DROP BOXES Open October 14 through November 3 at 8 PM Garden City 69 N Paradise Parkway, Bldg. B Laketown 10 N 200 E Randolph 20 S Main St Woodruff 195 S Main St EARLY VOTING October 20-November 2 - Monday-Friday - 9 AM-5 PM Rich County Clerk's Office - 20 S Main St, Randolph ELECTION DAY VOTING Tuesday, November 3 - Both locations open 7 AM-8 PM Rich County Clerk's Office Garden City Town Office 20 S Main St, Randolph 69 N Paradise Parkway, Bldg. B Garden City All drop-box and in-person voting locations are ADA accessible. VOTER REGISTRATION - Deadline: October 23 at 5 PM Registration must be received by the County Clerk by the deadline. Missed it? Register and vote provisionally during early voting or on Election Day with two forms of valid identification. Request a mailed ballot by October 27 at 5 PM.* VOTE.UTAH.GOV
