1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of September 8,
2026.
2. Small Scale Subdivision: Berg Engineering, representative of the Grant B. Kohler Trust, has
submitted a preliminary/final application for a small-scale subdivision to be known as the Kohler
Farm Subdivision. The plan includes two lots on 2.07 acres. The property is in the RA-1-43
zone at 970 River Road.
