Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE ANNABELLA PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2026 - 6:00 P.M. Public notice is hereby given that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council Room, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah, to receive public comment on proposed amendments to the Annabella Land Use Ordinance and the Annabella Subdivision Ordinance. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public input on updates intended to clarify existing language, improve usability, and ensure both ordinances remain current with state requirements. Copies of the proposed ordinance amendments are available for public inspection at the Annabella Town Office, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah, during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment. Written comments may also be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the hearing.
