- HINCKLEY TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE Hinckley Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with their regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at 161 E 300 N, Hinckley, Utah. The purpose of this public hearing is a proposal to amend Ordinance 26-10-15 Hinckley Town Code, Land Use, Title 11.17.1, Appeal Authority.
