MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a special council meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers in Kaysville City Hall at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. The meeting will be streamed live on YouTube, and the link to the meeting will be posted on www.KaysvilleLive.com. Comments may also be submitted to the City Council via email at publiccomment@kaysville.gov; however, emailed comments will not be read aloud during the meeting. Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
