Rockville Planning Commission Public Hearing, Regular Meeting & Work Meeting Agenda October 13, 2026 The Rockville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing, their Regular Meeting and Work Meeting on Tuesday, the 13th day of October 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. 1. CALL TO ORDER- ROLL CALL: Chair Arnold 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Arnold 3. DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH AN AGENDA ITEM. Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. The Planning Commission will not respond to comments or questions but will take the comments into consideration for possible discussion at another time. Rules for making comments: 1. You must be a resident or property owner of the Town of Rockville. 2. PUBLIC COMMENT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY AGENDA ITEM OR PENDING LAND USE APPLICATION. 3. Speakers shall be courteous and show respect. Comments shall not include obscene or profane language, nor contain attacks on any individual. Such actions will be grounds for removal from the meeting upon request by a Planning Commission member. Written comments may be submitted anytime to the Town Clerk at PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or rockville@rockvilleutah.qov the Friday prior to the meeting. Written comments will be published on the Town's website prior to the Planning Commission meeting. 4. Consideration and Possible Approval for a Permit for the Butch Cassidy Run on November 14th 2026-Town of Springdale-Robyn Sanders 5. Open Public Hearing to take public comments on a proposed Zone Change from Open Space 20 to Rural Residential .5 on Parcel #R-1305-A-1-F-1 owned by Anthony Jones consisting of 21.18 acres located at 140 E. Grafton Road 6. Adjourn Public Hearing 7. Discussion, Review and Possible Recommendation of a Zone Change from Open Space 20 to Rural Residential .5 acre on Parcel #R-1305-A-1-F-1 owned by Anthony Jones consisting of 21.18 acres located at 140 E. Grafton Road-Anthony Jones 8. Approval of the minutes for September 8, 2026, Regular Meeting & Work Meeting Information/Discussion/Non-Action Items. 1. Planning Commission Report- The next Planning Commission meeting will be on November 10, 2026. 2. Town Office Report 3.
