- Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Midway Sanitation District on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Midway City Offices, 75 North 100 West, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items: Resolution 2026-04 FY 2027 Tentative Budget/Public Hearing - The Adopted Fiscal Year 2027 Tentative Budget for Midway Sanitation District and additional items to be added to the Current FY 2026 Budget A copy of the above item may be obtained from the District Office at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). Midway Sanitation District is happy to provide reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities.
