Applicant - Julie Hekking 2.c 'Jorgensen Rezone,' PLZ-26- 4006, an application to rezone approximately 3.96-acres located at 12007 South Reeves Lane from A-5 (Agricultural 5-acres) to R-3 (Single-family Residential 14,000 sf minimum lot size). Applicant - Kerry Jorgensen 2.d 'Residential Facilities Ordinance Amendment,' PLZ-26 -5002, Riverton City is proposing changes to Riverton City Code, Title 18 Land Use and Development. 3.
